Bilingual Babysitter & OT | Afternoons Available

Hello! My name is Maria and I recently arrived to the area. I am currently learning French and attend classes in the mornings, so I am available for childcare in the afternoons/evenings. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, and I’m happy to communicate in either language with families or help children naturally develop their language skills through play and daily interaction. I am a qualified Occupational Therapist with 2 years of professional experience, including early intervention. I have supported young children in developing motor skills, independence, and confidence through structured and play-based activities. In addition, I have over 10 years of experience as a home health aide and 6 years of babysitting, caring for children of different ages and needs. I bring a calm, attentive, and caring approach to childcare. I enjoy creating engaging, safe, and developmentally appropriate activities, whether that’s helping with routines, playtime, or supporting your child’s growth and wellbeing.
