I am an experienced Live-in Carer with over 15 years of experience in elderly care, including dementia and full personal care support, in Greece, Ireland and other countries in EU. Throughout my career, I have developed strong expertise in elderly care, including specialised support for individuals living with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, stroke patients, cancer and mobility problems. I hold certifications and training in key areas such as Specialized Nutrition for the Elderly, Dementia & Alzheimer’s Care, Manual Handling, Hoists & Slings, Safeguarding, Full First Aid Training, and Bed Shores Training and further education as you can see in my CV. I am also currently completing my QQI Level 5 qualification through Glin National College, further strengthening my professional knowledge and practical skills. I am fully confident in managing complex care cases, maintaining structured routines, supporting mobility, and ensuring dignity, safety, and emotional well-being at all times. My experience includes working independently in live-in environments, adapting to each client’s unique needs, and maintaining a calm, respectful, and professional approach in all situations. I work on a rotation basis (typically from 4 up to 8 weeks on/off), which allows me to provide consistent and focused care over extended periods. I am an EU citizen (Greek), I am fluent in English, hold an EU driving license and EU Passport, fully eligible to work, and I hold a valid Garda Vetting clearance and PPSN.
